So what exactly is an OBM and what do I do all day?! If you would have asked me less than a year ago, I would have had that same question. In short, I focus on the operations of your business. My time is spent meeting with your team, whether that's two people or twenty, to ensure that their tasks are being implemented correctly and ahead of schedule! If there are tweaks to be made or encouragement to give to get your project done, I'm there to make sure it happens.
Want to launch a new podcast? Or create a social media campaign for that new product you've been working so hard on? I'm here to help you brainstorm, create actionable plans, and delegate tasks. As your project progresses, I'm there to check in (daily, weekly, monthly -- whatever we decide!) to ensure we meet your goals.

Most business owners don't love dotting i's and crossing t's or making sure that everything behind the scenes is running like a well-oiled machine, but I do.
